Lonesome without You.

Have you ever wondered how alone would I be?
While gazing at the moon and walking by the sea
While the gentle wind would play with the tresses of my hair
And the chilly breeze would freeze my salty, flowing tears
While the Mother Nature’s shower would be tapping at the pane
And I could hear the whistling of the distant trains
Have you ever wondered if what is solitary’s pain?
While I would pass by the sweet dwelling that we shared
The times when we had fought, and the moments when we cared
While I would feel affrighted by a terrifying nightmare
The times when I would be surrounded by the unseen fears
When there would be a winning, a time to celebrate
Or a phase of failure, a stroke of ill-fate
While the sonance of the silence would all that be heard
And the surrounding views would go on getting blurred
While the soul would lastly be liberated and set free
Will you then be wondering if how alone I had been?

It is good to be alone.Loneliness dosen't meen left alone.Being in solitude is like going back to your vilage home, where everything, everyone , know instinctly how to leave you alone.Dear Writer, Loneliness is not the real problem but the crowd makes one feel lonely is the core issue.....

Sometimes, i love to be alone.
It's then we get to know ourselves.

I'm a man of logical thinking and I try to reason everything i experince.
And i do that when i am alone.

  12. Very well written indeed!
As i see some previous comments, i don't think everyone will understand the true meaning of the scary word "loneliness". I think it's the most horrible feeling to be "alone". Anyways, Lonesome without you is the perfect title for the poem. Well done!! for such a good poem.

  15. Sarah,

Really touching one...i know how it feels to be alone but trust me at times in the crowd you feel to go out and have some time for yourself.
But there are times when you feel alone in the crowd...one hopes for attention and does not get it...that loneliness hurts real bad...you hear the people but you don't get connected.

    Great post keep writing

  26. @ nefariousoutlook: True. It depends on the point in time one is going through...isn't it?

    @ keyboardsculpturer: Truly agreed.

@ Saif: Would you like sharing the reason, Saif?

@ Aravind: Yes, Aravind. I do agree that we need to be alone at times so as to discover ourselves and the reason behind our own existence but the monotony of being alone gets depressing sometimes. Thank you for appreciating my work :)

@ Shayan: Thank you, again :)

    @ Trailblazer: Agreed.
